About this app

Claim and Case Airbnb Bot is an internal automation tool built with Google Apps Script for a small Airbnb property management team. It connects a private LINE group chat to a private Google Sheet, so the team can log guest damage claims, reviews, repair and cleaning reports, and payment confirmations without manual data entry.

What data it accesses

• Messages sent by team members in one private LINE group chat (text and photos related to property cases).
• A single Google Sheet and Google Drive folder owned by the team, used to store the logged case data and evidence photos.

What it does with that data

• Reads new messages from the LINE group through the LINE Messaging API webhook.
• Writes structured rows (room, date, issue, status, amounts) into the team's private Google Sheet.
• Saves forwarded photos and files into a private Google Drive folder, organized by month and room.
• Sends a daily summary message back to the same LINE group.

Data sharing

Data collected by this bot is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. It stays within the team's own Google account (Google Sheets and Google Drive) and the LINE group where it was posted.

Data retention

Data is kept in the team's Google Sheet and Drive folder until a team member deletes it.
